This June, Missió Immune received the European Day of Immunology First Prize, an award presented by the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) in recognition of outstanding initiatives that promote public awareness and understanding of immunology.
The award recognizes the event held on 26 April at the CaixaResearch Institute in Barcelona, organized by the Catalan Society of Immunology with the support of the "la Caixa" Foundation, where we had the pleasure of collaborating.
It was a day full of activities for the whole family, all with a shared goal: to bring immunology closer to society in an engaging, interactive, and accessible way.
We are deeply grateful to EFIS for this recognition and to the Catalan Society of Immunology for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a special project.
